Short Hand is a DOS TSR (background pop-up) program, using which you can define and use keyboard macros in most DOS applications.
You can use Short Hand to define hotkeys not only for simple words and phrases, but also to carry out frequent operations that utilize the keypad, function keys and other keystrokes that may activate menu commands in an application.
A macro is defined by entering a sequence of keystrokes in the Short Hand pop-up editor. You may optionally associate a hotkey with a macro. To send the keystrokes of a macro to the currently running application, you can either press the hotkey you defined for it, or bring up the Short Hand pop-up window and select the macro to play.
